The Cadence Compute Systems Group (CSG) is seeking an experienced SoC design engineer to integrate and support Cadence IP products in system reference designs.

This role will involve working closely with the CSG development engineering and customer support teams to develop examples and best practices for SoC system design, verification, and testbenches for CSG IP.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of interface protocols, including Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI, USB, and UCIe, and experience in IP integration, SoC system architecture, interfaces, and interconnects.

Responsibilities will include working on product definition and releases, developing collateral and examples, and providing deep technical support for the pre-sales and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop examples and best practices for SoC system design, verification, and testbenches for CSG IP.
  • Work closely with the CSG development engineering and customer support teams.
  • Provide deep technical support for the pre-sales and customer support teams.
  • Work on product definition and releases.
  • Develop collateral and examples.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of interface protocols, including Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI, USB, and UCIe.
  • Experience in IP integration, SoC system architecture, interfaces, and interconnects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • BS in EE/CS with 10 years of work experience or MS in EE/CS with 4 years of work experience.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $169,400 to $314,600.
