Position Overview:
The Client Support Specialist serves as the primary contact for all incoming inquiries related to Annuity Administration. This role is essential in addressing questions from customers, beneficiaries, agents, and marketing organizations regarding both pending and existing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
The Specialist will assess each call to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include:
- Distributing necessary forms
- Preparing annuitization illustrations
- Documenting fund allocations for fixed indexed contracts
- Reporting death claims

Documentation and Additional Tasks:
It is imperative that all related activities are thoroughly documented within the administration system. Additionally, the Specialist will be expected to undertake supplementary tasks during periods of low call volume.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in life insurance and/or annuities
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage challenging service situations
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Quick problem-solving skills to effectively address inquiries and fulfill customer needs
- Resourceful and adept at handling diverse situations
- Proficient in computer skills, including keyboarding and familiarity with software such as MS Word, Excel, and CRM applications.
