Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at ASG Staffing - Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, client relations, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client requests and schedule vendors
- Coordinate with internal staff and send client reports daily
- Procure new vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors
- Anticipate and proactively address scheduling conflicts and challenges
- Generate reports, analyze data, and make data-driven scheduling decisions
- Data entry and maintenance of client, vendor, and project databases
- Resolve vendor billing discrepancies and remittance questions
- Follow up with vendors to obtain invoices and ensure timely payments
- Provide administrative support, including answering calls, maintaining files, creating reports, and preparing correspondence to clients
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, client services, or administrative support
- 2+ years of billing/accounts receivable/payable experience
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
