Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document temperatures of food and equipment.
  • Ensure a clean and safe workspace, including responsibilities for dishwashing and thorough cleaning tasks.
  • Participate in internal training programs.
  • Uphold personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform standards in accordance with company policies.
  • Support the implementation and promotion of health and safety regulations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards, assisting chefs with food deliveries and verifying the quality of received products.
  • Maintain proper food storage practices in line with hygiene regulations and implement stock rotation procedures.
  • Perform cleaning tasks related to service areas and associated equipment.
  • Prepare service areas and points for operations.
  • Accurately store food items and equipment post-service.
