Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Tech to join our team at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing and monitoring various modalities of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring for neurosurgical, vascular, pediatric, ENT, orthopedic spine, and interventional radiology procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and monitor intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring for various procedures
  • Record and analyze data from various modalities, including EMG, SSEP, EEG, and BAER
  • Collaborate with neurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective monitoring
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve monitoring techniques and patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in anatomy, physiology, or a related field
  • 0-1 year of experience in intraoperative monitoring
  • BLS certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
