Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead our location managers and customer service teams to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and maximize operational efficiencies.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or 8-10 years of equivalent experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or strong understanding of Ag Retail preferred.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent business skills with experience in CTO, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift a minimum of sixty pounds and be able to position that product in any area required or where the patron or supervisor requests.
  • Travel and Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license with the ability to travel as needed and operate company vehicles and equipment.
