Senior Product Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to develop and execute the marketing strategy for our lubricants, degreasers, and specialty MRO chemicals portfolio.

Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for creating marketing strategies through a deep understanding of customer needs, product portfolios, and technology capabilities in conjunction with key stakeholders. This position requires a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales, marketing teams, and multiple levels of management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for North American lubricants, degreasers, and cleaners chemical categories by developing Voice of the Customer (VOC) journeys.
  • Champion VOC in all product and marketing decisions, ensuring data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Lead stage gate projects and initiatives for defined product categories, managing project plans and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain competitive product analysis to understand advantages and gaps, driving appropriate actions.
  • Capture and communicate market and end-user insights to inform strategic planning, marketing execution, and go-to-market plans.
  • Create customer value propositions and provide insights and content for the sales organization to drive growth.
  • Collaborate across a high-performance cross-functional team to ensure strong competitive differentiation and speed to market.
  • Leverage a General Manager mindset to drive incremental P&L improvement over time, focusing on pricing execution and evolution of the pricing strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Chemistry; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Sales.
  • 4-6 years of experience in core Marketing activities, including New Product Development, Integrated Marketing Planning, Brand Strategy and Positioning, P&L Management, End-User & Market Insights, and Pricing Strategy.
  • Highly motivated individual with a results-driven orientation, capable of multi-tasking within a dynamic organization.
  • Proven track record of working independently and with sales/marketing teams and multiple levels of management.
Benefits
