Minimum Qualifications:

  • An Associate's degree *and* three (3) years of pertinent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline with at least three years of customer service experience;
  • Previous experience with administrative software systems.

Salary and Benefits:

Compensation will be determined based on educational background and experience. Employee benefits encompass paid state holidays, annual and sick leave, along with the Georgia Flexible Benefits package.
