Job Overview:
The Spirit of You LLC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Programs Manager to join our team. As the key point of contact for program administration, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our programs, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and support. This is a part-time position with a salary range of $40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate program activities, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective program delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including client files and program statistics
* Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners
* Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, sociology, or social work
* A minimum of one year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range:
$40,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
