Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programs Manager to oversee our office and remote operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience working with individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. The salary for this position is approximately $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an amicable work environment, guaranteeing communication, organizational effectiveness, and safety. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in identifying and achieving goals outlined in the service plan established by the client's case manager, collaborating with the family to develop strategies for connecting the client with community resources, acquiring information necessary to improve the client's engagement in their community, and writing daily progress notes after every session.
