Role Overview
As a House Supervisor RN at Suncoast Behavioral Health Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients on the Child, Adolescent, and Adult Units. This role requires a deep understanding of psychiatric nursing and excellent leadership skills to manage and coordinate nursing services on assigned shifts.

Suncoast Behavioral Health Center is a 60-bed free-standing psychiatric hospital providing behavioral healthcare services to patients in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include organizing and managing nursing services on assigned shifts, promoting a climate of effective performance through role modeling and teaching, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care. As a leader in our clinical area, you will be responsible for ensuring that our nursing team delivers exceptional care while maintaining a culture of excellence and professionalism.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a current license to practice nursing in Florida (or eligible to receive or renew), current CPR or BLS certification, and at least five years of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing, including charge nurse experience. Your thorough working knowledge of Hospital, Nursing, and Management of Human Resources policies and procedures will enable you to effectively use your skills in clinical and managerial situations.
