Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Counselor to join our team at Centerstone. As a leading nonprofit behavioral health system, we are dedicated to delivering care that changes lives.

The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in an appropriate social service discipline and experience working with mental health and/or co-occurring issues. Additionally, a valid FL driver's license is required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide crisis intervention services in the community.
  2. Develop, implement, evaluate, and update treatment plans with input from the client and family.
  3. Conduct clinical behavioral health assessments and enter written documentation into Electronic Medical Record in a timely manner.
  4. Provide supportive and educational counseling services to develop daily living and coping skills.
  5. Refer, advocate, and link clients and families to additional services as needed.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision health coverage, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts, and a 403b retirement plan with company match.
