Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Janitorial Duties: Perform cleaning tasks in various areas of the plant, including the can line, end line, office areas, restrooms, and cafeteria.
  • Plant Maintenance: Assist in maintenance activities as directed by supervisors or maintenance personnel.
  • Break Relief: Provide relief for other positions, such as Palletizer Operator and End Line Equipment Operator, as needed.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, rotating days, nights, weekends, and required overtime.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull 50 pounds, and stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
Education and Experience
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and lift 30 pounds on a regular basis.
