Shop Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team at Aerotek. As a Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of structural steel and miscellaneous projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability.

• Drive the production of structural steel and miscellaneous projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability.
• Supervise a team of at least 10 shop workers, including machine operators, welders, fabricators, quality control, and general laborers.
• Manage schedules, budgets, performance, and other related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in welding, fabrication, and quality control.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
