Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for orchestrating and overseeing a variety of technical and business initiatives, ensuring that objectives are met within established timelines and budgetary constraints. This role involves the development, management, and coordination of project plans that vary in complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs projects in alignment with corporate standards and operational procedures.

  • Coordinates vendor operations to ensure adherence to project agreements.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience beyond degree requirements.
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience in project scheduling and maintenance using Microsoft Project Online or Project Server.
  • Proficient in project reporting with Microsoft Project Online and Power BI.
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years in a program management role.
  • Familiarity with task assignment and tracking using JIRA is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of the energy sector and utility operations is preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Certifications
  • PMP Project Management Professional certification is highly preferred.
