Client Relations Specialist

Position Summary
As a Client Relations Specialist at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding service to both our existing and prospective clients. Your role will embody our core values while actively engaging in initiatives that promote customer satisfaction, business growth, and personal development. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the entire loan or pawn process by guiding customers and offering tailored recommendations based on their financial requirements.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, including payment processing and appointment scheduling.
- Achieve company performance benchmarks by leveraging partnerships, securing referrals, and participating in community outreach events.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to drive new business, enhance store profitability, and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data in the Point-of-Sale systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Engage in continuous training to remain informed about our products and operational procedures.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively to meet both individual and team goals.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
- Commit to a full-time work schedule, including regular in-person attendance and some weekend hours, with a minimum requirement of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy in interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in operating phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in certain locations).
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required (with some exemptions based on local laws).
- Physical requirements include the ability to remain stationary, lift and move up to 25 pounds, navigate the store environment, and operate mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- At least six months of experience in customer service or cash handling.
- Background in retail, financial services, lending, banking, or the service industry.
