About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Program Manager to join our team at Tranzeal. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience leading large-scale IT projects from concept through final delivery. They will also possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed program/project execution plans
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including business and IT teams, to ensure successful project delivery
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on Agile methodologies
  • Proven track record of delivering business applications in enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution management skills
Compensation and Benefits
