We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Sellers & Associates, LLC in San Diego, CA. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating IW LVC Training events.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) and Live, Virtual, Constructive training (LVCt). You will also be responsible for researching and analyzing data processing problems to develop solutions, performing systems management and integration functions, and transforming user requests into technical design specifications.

This is a high-visibility role that requires excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Sellers & Associates, LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, long/short term disability, and life insurance. We also offer 25 days of PTO per year, TRICARE Supplement Insurance Package, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year.
