Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Trauma ICU, utilizing advanced life support skills and critical thinking to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in trauma care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or BCLS Instructor certification, obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
