- Lead and mentor the Loan Portfolio Services team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the administration of loan disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Analyze various loan reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement necessary data changes and updates as required.
- Examine title reports and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Review UCC reports to ensure all necessary information is captured.
- Collaborate with clients to secure required signatures on loan documents.
- Manage credit files using Globalwave, including updates on ticklers and covenants.
- Coordinate the ordering of appraisal and environmental reports to support loan processes.
- Essential: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Essential: Proficient understanding of complex legal documentation.
- Essential: Basic proficiency in computer applications.
- Essential: Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify issues, gather data, and draw informed conclusions.

Compensation: The salary range for this full-time role is between $90,000.00 and $94,000.00 annually, plus bonuses and benefits. Salary is determined based on qualifications, experience, and location. Actual compensation may vary based on individual skills and experience.
