Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret orders, specifications, blueprints, and instructions to ensure accurate assembly and production
- Operate various tools and equipment, including saws, sheers, and pneumatic tools
- Assemble and fasten parts together using bolts, screws, and other fasteners
- Perform quality checks and ensure all products meet our high standards
- Work safely and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in truck body assembly
- Basic math and computer skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
