Key Responsibilities:

* Planning and organizing daily workload to process claims and conduct inspections
* Investigating insurance claims, including interviewing claimants and witnesses
* Handling property claims involving damage to buildings, structures, contents and/or property damage
* Conducting thorough property damage assessments and verifying coverage
* Evaluating damages to determine appropriate settlement
* Negotiating settlements
* Uploading completed reports, photos, and documents using our specialized software systems

Requirements:

* Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces
* Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and claims management systems
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in insurance claims or related field is a plus but not required
