Job Title: Right of Way Agent III

Job Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Job Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform land and rights of way acquisition and permitting functions for new construction and operation projects
* Assist with developing preliminary pipeline routes, cost estimates, and schedules
* Prepare reports on easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims
* Negotiate legal agreements for real property and identify necessary permits
* Investigate, negotiate, and settle damage claims
* Represent the company in public meetings and legal proceedings

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in land acquisition and permitting
* Minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor
