We are seeking a highly skilled Air Logistics Healthcare Manager to join our team at Kuehne + Nagel. As a key member of our Air Logistics team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring key account customers, ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor key account customers to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales Management to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Work with JFK Management on the JIR (Job Incident Report) and assist with investigation timelines.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and monitor the overall daily operation during assigned shift.
  • Correct and alert potential or actual problems to the Director of Customer Service.
  • Manage internal departments as assigned.
  • Specialize in Biopharma courier operations, including temperature-controlled shipping and packing.
  • Develop and implement new procedures and policies to increase efficiencies and achieve a high standard of performance from the staff.
  • Assess staffing needs daily to ensure all work is being captioned on all QIC systems.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or biopharma logistics setting.
  • 5+ years of management experience in healthcare or biopharma logistics.
