KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responds to incidents and requests promptly and professionally, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitors alarm signals for various company-operated facilities, including stores and warehouses.
- Communicates details regarding incidents occurring at locations to relevant personnel.
- Conducts Live Store Tours (LST) using remote DVR systems to ensure security.
- Addresses alerts related to suspicious transactions effectively.
- Interprets and follows procedures outlined in the internal Knowledge Base.
- Ensures timely communication of critical events to team leads and supervisors.
- Completes additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
- Aims to meet or exceed performance indicators set for the role.
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, demonstrating flexibility in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Provides support to operations, maintenance, and asset protection teams.
- Engages in data entry, word processing, and other administrative tasks.
