  • Coordinating staffing and workload to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Tracking financial aspects of projects and adjusting work effort to meet budget and schedule parameters
  • Implementing QA/QC procedures and supervising large project staffs
  • Mentoring less-experienced Project Managers and performing other duties as needed
