Job Overview

The Weaver Adjustment Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Claims Coordinator to support our claims team with daily on-site inspections, documentation, and estimating of property damages. This role requires a highly organized individual who is self-motivated and willing to travel daily to various locations to perform key functions of the claims process.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily On-Site Inspections: Travel to designated locations to conduct thorough property damage assessments.
  • Damage Documentation: Accurately scope, photograph, and document damages for each claim, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
  • Estimate Writing: Assist in writing comprehensive content estimates for property damages, working closely with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule on-site inspections with relevant stakeholders, including clients and insurance adjusters.
  • Documentation Upload: Upload all documentation, including photographs and reports, into the claims system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless data management.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support in handling various administrative tasks related to the claims process, such as data entry and record-keeping.
