Position Overview
As a Lead Teller Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the vitality of our branches. Your leadership will ensure that our service culture thrives while supporting both individual and branch sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to foster teamwork among tellers and achieve established sales targets and service standards.
2. Oversee the Teller area and provide comprehensive operational support across the branch.
3. Directly supervise tellers in branches with a staff of 16 or fewer, ensuring effective scheduling, coaching, and goal achievement.
4. Serve as a resource for operational procedures, providing support to all branch staff and managing lobby activities effectively.
5. Engage in planning and leading productive weekly branch meetings.
6. Deliver ongoing coaching and training tailored to each teller's development plan.
7. Ensure proper cash management and compliance with security protocols.
8. Conduct performance reviews with input from the Branch Manager.
9. Address challenging situations with members, providing sound advice and information.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Exemplify exceptional sales and member service behaviors, with the ability to coach others.
- Understand the relationship between sales and service.
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate team members.
- Exhibit professionalism, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Work effectively in a team environment while maintaining strong interpersonal communication.
- Function independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferred experience in a sales-driven environment with defined goals.
- Minimum of three years in branch operations, lending, and member service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of branch operations and lending practices.
- 1-2 years in a leadership role or demonstrated supervisory skills preferred.
