Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance staff, physical assets, and general maintenance repairs for our apartment communities in Aloha, OR. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance-related fields, preferably in property management, and possess excellent time management skills, leadership abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Manage physical assets, including equipment and supplies
  • Perform general maintenance repairs and safety inspections
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets

Requirements:
