Project Executive Job Description

T. W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Executive to lead our project teams and drive success in our commercial/industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to ensure successful project delivery, on-time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to less experienced project managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in project management in a commercial/industrial construction environment.
  • Experience managing mid to large commercial construction projects ($10M+).
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and decision-making/problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive client focus.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents.
  • Ability to produce quality work in an autonomous manner in an ever-changing environment.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Vista, P6 Scheduling, Timberline estimating, and Procore.
