About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs. You will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of agency operation
- At least one year of experience as a RN in a home health or case management setting
- Valid CPR certification and a reliable vehicle for travel to patient homes
