Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse

CareOnSite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our medical department, you will be responsible for managing the first aid station with minimal supervision, coordinating on-site clinic services, and reporting to the nursing supervisor, Clinical Medical Director, and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disability Management: Supporting TPA to manage disability cases, fitness for duty exams, and functional capacity evaluations, assisting employees in returning to work after an illness or injury.
  • Supporting local absence control programs and acting as a resource to employees and local management.
  • Working with local HR and supervisors on the Disability Management Program.
  • Supporting the Occupational Physician with the FFD process.
Requirements:
  • Current LVN license with the State.
  • Certification from an accredited school.
  • 1 year of experience (Preferred).
  • Current Basic Life Support Card (CPR/AED) from the American Heart Association.
  • IV Blood Draw Certification and current experience or completion of a refresher course.
  • Successful completion of skills assessment test.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Worker's Compensation claims handling (Preferred).
  • Occupational Medical Health experience (Preferred).
  • Experience in injury/illness case management (Preferred).
