- Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; or five years or more of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the transportation industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to corporate accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight travel, to meet with corporate accounts and attend industry events.
The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. - Physical Demands: Daily outside travel to meet with corporate accounts, with occasional exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Work Environment: The service center is a well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
- Salary: $115,000 to $145,000 per year.
- Benefits: PTO, paid holidays, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and 401k.
