Responsibilities
  • Own and develop the Systems Integration Test Labs Operations plan
  • Collaborate with Testing, Design, Certification, and Manufacturing teams to identify and scope out testing-related projects
  • Ensure executed projects meet internal and external performance and documentation requirements and standards
  • Actively manage open projects by tracking progress and seeking to resolve any potential issues
  • Create, maintain, communicate, and present schedules to multiple audiences
  • Leverage team performance metrics to help create growth, organizational, and budgeting strategies for the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in engineering or relevant fields
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering environment with responsibility for implementing or managing change
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of DO178 in a lab environment
  • Demonstrated experience in the simultaneous management of multiple high-paced engineering projects
  • Demonstrated understanding of the product development cycle for hardware-centric projects
  • Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, and JIRA
Desired
  • Experience with aerospace projects and FAA certification process
