About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Language Developer to join our team at Barnstable Public Schools. As a member of our staff, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing educational programs for children with communicative disorders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans for children with communicative disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
  • Provide training and support to parents and teachers on strategies for supporting children with communicative disorders.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Massachusetts certification in Speech, Language, and Hearing Handicapped.
  • At least 3 years of experience in diagnosis and treatment of expressive disorders.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
