Job Title: Therapeutic Services Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our staff, you will provide therapeutic services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy services to students with varying needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Massachusetts state licensure as an SLP.
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in a school setting preferred.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
  • Part-time schedule: 3-4 days per week.
  • Caseload dependent on experience.
