Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our pediatric therapy team at Soliant.
About the RoleThis part-time position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students in a school setting and contribute to their communication development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective support for students' needs.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Massachusetts state licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist).
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
This position offers a caseload dependent on your experience and a flexible schedule of 3-4 days per week. The job type is part-time, and you will work on-site/in-person. We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our employees.
Compensation & BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 based on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
