Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for various roles within our retail operations. This includes full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities across multiple locations. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will:

  • Receive and process corporate inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage approved orders and oversee shipping logistics.
  • Collaborate with product decorators to meet customer expectations.
  • Engage in account-based support and sales initiatives.
  • Communicate product availability and pricing effectively.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue sales and upsell opportunities.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows and promotional events.
  • Propose and implement operational improvements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client service, sales, or relationship management.
  • A background in consumer product companies or brands.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A proactive and organized approach to work.
