Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate fabrication machinery and associated tooling to optimize production and meet quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision in fabricated parts.
  • Maximize machine efficiency and productivity to meet production orders and deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Operate a forklift or crane as assigned, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Report safety hazards or mechanical failures to the Safety Department, Maintenance Department, and Supervisory staff.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in fabrication or a related field.
  • Crane and forklift certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Mathematical skills, including fractions, decimals, and angles.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and a positive work attitude.
