New Way Trucks is seeking a skilled Pulse Welder to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weld metal parts together using specified wire welding processes.
  • Assemble fabricated metal assemblies in an efficient manner to maximize production.
  • Produce strong, smooth, and consistent welds.
  • Follow required procedures and use appropriate jigs and fixtures to assist in the assembly process.
  • Weld vertical, flat, and overhead with good penetration.
  • Maintain a level of output that minimizes production delays.
