Office Operations Manager

Addison Group is a professional services company seeking a dedicated office manager to join our team in the Montgomery County area. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office services, planning and implementing office systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of all areas of the office.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
Job Responsibilities
Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
