Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our back-end infrastructure, providing exceptional support to our clients, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our backend infrastructure to ensure high uptime and minimal risk.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platforms, technologies, and tools to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
  • Develop and implement automation capabilities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level support to our clients, including coaching and training individual contributors to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with our Sales, Customer Service, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in the evaluation process for new tools and technologies to ensure maximum value for our clients.
  • Provide input to our Support team to ensure our knowledge base is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensure our internal infrastructure is secure, scalable, and runs on the latest technology.
  • Work collaboratively with our Partnerships and Product teams to evaluate and implement new tools and technologies.
  • Participate in pre-sales and client retention situations as needed.
  • Drive standardization and create SOPs for visibility into processes across teams.
  • Regularly report on team statistics, including CSAT, vulnerability and risk tracking, SLA adherence, escalations, and new functionality releases.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
  • 5+ years of IT experience, with a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, MDM, and RMM technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical messages into a format that can be delivered to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building positive relationships with internal and external business leaders.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite applications.
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or relevant technical experience.
