Position Summary:

The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary liaison between prospective residents and our organization, aiming to showcase the excellence of our properties. Additionally, the consultant will assist in marketing initiatives to attract potential residents and contribute to a positive living experience for current tenants while fostering collaborative relationships with team members.

Qualifications for Leasing Consultant:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in property leasing or management
  • Possession of a valid Nevada Driver's License
  • Must pass a Background Check and Physical Examination
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
