About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Floor Supervisor to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a Sales Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Merchandising and Processing: Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor, and trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
  • Team Management: Ensures Associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed, and monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards, and ensures compliance with recycling and, where applicable, hazardous waste programs.
  • Communication: Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates, and provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
