Product Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technical expertise to provide guidance and support in troubleshooting malfunctions efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with distributors to address support-related inquiries promptly.
  • Analyze and assess distributors feedback to improve troubleshooting support and refine parts identification.
  • Monitor fleet error codes and contact customers/distributors proactively.
  • Conduct training sessions on client products for distributor personnel on effective troubleshooting, operation, and usage of virtual tools.
  • Coordinate and follow up on new equipment commissioning with distributors.
  • Coordinate and follow up on recall and campaigns.
  • Assist distributors in the identification of parts needed for maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
  • General Diesel Engines Knowledge.
  • General Electric Schematics reading and interpretation.
  • General Hydraulic Schematics reading and interpretation.
  • Microsoft Office Package.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Ability to work in a small team.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
