• Develop and execute purchasing strategies to maintain inventory levels based on established minimums and maximums.
• Source and procure HVAC parts, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
• Analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing activities with business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the supplier or wholesale industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, including minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
