Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of our properties, including but not limited to:
- Electrical and plumbing systems
- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Appliances and equipment
- Floors, ceilings, walls, and other building components
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, including after-hours calls
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Desired certifications: CAMT, boiler license, EPA, CPO, electrical, plumbing, first aid, etc.
