We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Artisan Management Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of our properties, including but not limited to:
    • Electrical and plumbing systems
    • Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
    • Appliances and equipment
    • Floors, ceilings, walls, and other building components
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, including after-hours calls
  • Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
  • Desired certifications: CAMT, boiler license, EPA, CPO, electrical, plumbing, first aid, etc.
