The Position:

Our Material Solutions division is seeking a Sales Specialist for Specialty Coatings to support the Senior Manager, Sales. This role involves engaging with customers regarding Electrostatic Chucks (ESC) and coatings, coordinating with relevant Business Units, and providing comprehensive support to the OEM Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Electrostatic Chucks and coatings sector
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the customer base
  • Support, monitor, and engage with customers on tactical matters
  • Foster positive relationships with Business Units to enhance customer support
  • Act as the first point of escalation for delivery challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Planning, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Finance to ensure effective account support
  • Communicate order statuses and expedite information to customers
  • Contribute to the enhancement of systems and workflows related to specialty coating orders when applicable
  • Participate in Regional/Global Sales meetings as required
  • Assist the Account Management team as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science, with a preference for experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales coordination experience in a manufacturing context
  • Willingness to work onsite
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation
  • Aspirations to advance from Sales Coordinator to Account Manager
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to foster customer relationships
Preferred Attributes:
  • Familiarity with SAP and manufacturing workflow processes is advantageous
