About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align account strategies with overall business objectives
  • Provide technical configuration and integration consulting advice to prospective and existing customers
  • Identify and develop new accounts that desire entry into innovative technology markets, while aggressively increasing market share within the existing account base
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the AIDC technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving new business and meeting or exceeding growth targets
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
  • Up to 25% overnight travel in The Americas required
