Job Title:

Strategic Account Manager for Southern US and Latin America

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the Southern US and Latin America region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow new accounts and expand existing ones, while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow new accounts and expand existing ones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans and achieve sales goals
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and close business against defined quotas
  • Support sales and marketing efforts at trade shows and industry events
  • Work with internal stakeholders and channel partners to drive sales growth
  • Develop and articulate creative solutions to enhance customers' perception of HID's value
  • Identify and develop new accounts that desire entry into innovative technology markets
  • Build and maintain profitable, consultative relationships with channel partners, customers, and internal teams
  • Provide technical configuration and integration consulting advice to prospective and existing customers
  • Capture customers' technical and business requirements through effective questioning and listening
  • Achieve individual sales and profitability goals while contributing to corporate goals
Requirements:
  • Strategic mindset with a successful track record of developing account strategies
  • Excellent communication and technical skills to develop relationships with executive, clinical, operational, and IT personnel
  • Proactive, hands-on approach toward products, markets, and clients' business challenges
  • Experience selling enterprise-class mobile computing products preferred
  • Experience selling both hardware and industry-related solutions desired
  • Supply chain market experience preferred
  • Experience selling through system integrators and other distribution channels highly preferred
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University strongly preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish is required
  • 5 plus years of experience and a proven track record of driving new business within the AIDC technology industry and meeting or exceeding growth targets highly preferred
  • Up to 25% overnight travel in The Americas required
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software highly preferred
